The customer needs to initiate the request for return within a period of 3 days from the date of delivery. The customer can reach us at our online support helpline 9591999643 or drop an email at email@example.com where our team will take things forward, at the earliest. However, Homlot will allow the return of products only in the following cases:
- The product is defective at the time of delivery.
- The product is damaged at the time of delivery.
- Wrong products are delivered.
- Product delivered with parts and accessories missing.
- In general, the customer can initiate return/replacement request for all products within 3 days after delivery and request for refund or replace.
- Accessories and appliances return/replacement request can be raised within 5 days after delivery - *Terms and conditions apply
- Return and refund request for product except accessories and appliance will not be processed after 3 days of delivery.
- Return and refund request for accessories and appliances will not be accepted after 5 days of delivery.
- Replacement request for product expect accessories and appliance, after 3 days of delivery will be accepted only for 2 days grace period time at an additional delivery, pickup, and handling fee.
- Replacement request for accessories and appliances after 5 days of delivery will be accepted only for 2 days grace period time at an additional delivery, pickup, and handling fee.
- Taxes will be applied based on GST.
Terms and Conditions
- If order status is pending, approved and processing, the member can cancel the order without any additional charges.
- Once the order is shipped member cannot cancel the order.
- Where the product(s) is no longer available or temporarily out of stock.
- Problems/objections are raised by Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department.
- Incomplete or inaccurate address of the customer.
In the event any of the aforesaid takes place, Homlot shall inform the customer within 3 days from the date of purchase order. However, if the problem still persists we shall cancel the order after prior intimation to the customer and initiate refund if applicable.Note:
- The cancellation and return policy shall not be applicable for purchase of goods made by authorized dealers/ OEMs through this website.
- All Custom Orders cannot be canceled or returned once order is confirmed/approved.
